here at The OHM Center, we believe that healing is both an inside job, and a group effort. we are a part of a collective ecosystem, and when one part of the system heals it effects the whole.
we also know that connection is our most powerful way of healing and thriving, which is why our mighty network features so many community-centric programs.
we utilize our Mighty Networks platform to provide mental health resources especially geared towards BIPOC communities seeking trauma-informed, somatic, and holistic care.
any one can join to gain access to an on-growing list of mental health resources (videos, books, referrals, livestream chats with professionals, and more). we also provide monthly livestream chats with mental health professionals on various topics that the community votes on.
the OHM School was born out of the desire to provide accessible opportunities for folks to gain clinically grounded and therapeutically effective resources at a reduced cost.
we provide weekly live classes for fundamental skills and tools that will support you in managing anxiety, depression, and challenges with communication or interpersonal relationships. It is a community space for resiliency building, embodied mindfulness practices, and spiritual development.
Class practices include but are not limited to:
- Embodied mindfulness
